While Trauma-based Storywork may feel incredibly healing, it's important to note that I am not a certified therapist and cannot provide therapy services. Therapy and counseling are synonymous; they involve establishing a secure, therapeutic connection where you can navigate your pain and undergo transformational healing.
Story work sessions are focused mostly on making sense of your story in the context of a safe and trusted relationship. Story shows us how it points to your calling.
Storywork differs from traditional therapy in its approach, being more guided and incorporating elements of reading, writing, and teaching.

I am unable to take insurance at this time. My rate per 50-minute Storywork session is $100. This rate is the same for virtual and in person sessions.
